About Us
The Wisconsin Balance of State Continuum of Care (WIBOSCOC) invites you to submit a proposal to present at the 2026 Annual Wisconsin Balance of State Conference. This event brings together service providers, advocates, community leaders, and individuals with lived experience from across Wisconsin to collaborate, learn, and build stronger systems of care.
The 2026 Theme
This year’s theme, “Stronger Together: Aligning Providers and Strategies to End Homelessness,” emphasizes the importance of unified approaches, innovative practices, and shared responsibility in creating lasting solutions.
Who should Submit?
WIBOSCOC welcomes proposals from service providers, case managers, system leaders, researchers, government agencies, individuals with lived experience, and advocates working to prevent and end homelessness in Wisconsin.
