Youth Action Board

Description

The Continuum of Care Youth Action Board is made up of the sixteen local Youth Action Boards within the Wisconsin Balance of State Continuum of Care. There are sixteen local homeless coalitions that are part of the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Project (YHDP) that have a local Youth Action Board (YAB). YABs are there to lead and provide the youth and young adult perspective in a coalition’s work to end youth homelessness. YABs also play a key role within the Wisconsin Balance of State, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and initiatives.
