Are afterschool programs/ Boys and Girls Clubs eligible in childcare expenses?

1 question

Yes, under the COC Program interim rule, Section 578.53(e)(4) details that the costs of providing child-care vouchers for children from families experiencing homelessness are eligible. The child-care center must be licensed by the jurisdiction in which it operates for costs to be eligible. This could include a local Boys and Girls club so long as it meets the licensing requirement.
