Are there any circumstances in which a member agency can serve a household in a unit in another CoC
Yes, any participant receiving tenant-based rental assistance (TBRA) through a CoC Program-funded project can choose housing outside the CoC's geographic area. Recipients/subrecipients cannot refuse a participant's request for housing outside the CoC's geographic area unless the recipient/subrecipient cannot reasonably meet all statutory and regulatory program requirements.
