Can a project pay for a period of day care or can a participant submit for reimbursement for daycare?
Advance payments for childcare are not an allowable expense for CoC program funds. While CoC participants cannot receive reimbursements, the CoC project can make direct payments to the childcare facility, on behalf of the enrolled CoC participant.
