Can we pay any rental assistance ahead of time besides last month’s rent? Could we pay out rent per quarter? If we did not pay last month’s rent with the first payment and security deposit, can we go back and do that now?

Can we pay any rental assistance ahead of time besides last month’s rent? Could we pay out rent per quarter? If we did not pay last month’s rent with the first payment and security deposit, can we go back and do that now?
No, those are considered expenses necessary to obtain housing prior to moving in and if the landlord did not require those expenses upfront, you can't justify the need now.
