Does a security deposit paid with CoC money follow the client or the unit in PSH.
Funds returned to a recipient/subrecipient during a grant term must be used as part of the grant from which the funds were originally paid. However, if funds are returned and the original grant is now closed, the recipient/subrecipient may use those funds under the project’s current grant, assuming it has been renewed. If funds are returned and the project no longer has an active grant, recipients should contact their HUD Field Office for directions.
