May CoC Program funds be used to purchase gift cards for program participants?
The cost of purchasing a gift card in and of itself is not an eligible cost under the CoC Program; However, the cost of providing project participants with gift cards for restaurant meals or groceries may be eligible if it meets expense eligibility and documentation requirements.
